Bunnyfield co-operates with law enforcement enquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws and third party rights, such as intellectual property rights and laws relating to fraud. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials such as a Section 29 (3) Data Protection Act 1998 form relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, or other activity that may expose us or you to legal liability, we can (and you authorise us to) disclose personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address and history about you as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.
DEACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT.
On request, we will deactivate your account, contact information and other information from our active databases. To make this request, please contact us. Such information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible.
We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Participation. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored “back up” systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.
NOTICE
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in order that it accurately reflects the regulatory environment and our own data collection and disclosure practices. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the website.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
By signing up to Bunnyfield, you agree to the following:
- That you are who you say you are (you may be required to bring ID to events).
- That you are 18 years or older.
- That you will not create more than one Bunnyfield account.
- That you observe any conditions set regarding previous participation in research.
- That you are truthful about your product/brand usage and/or behaviour.
- That the answers you give us will be meaningful, comprehensible and true.
- That you will turn up on time to an event you agree to attend.
- That Bunnyfield has no obligation in respect of any personal tax due on any gratuity or incentive given to you.
At a face to face event you will be asked to sign a form, immediately prior to taking part in the session, that confirms receipt of your incentive and also gives an undertaking that the information you had previously given was honest and correct. In return, Bunnyfield agree to the following:
- That we will invite you to take part in suitable market research activities.
- That we will ensure that you will receive any promised reward within 2 weeks of any telephone or on-line surveys.
- That we will ensure that you will receive any promised reward there and then where the event is face to face
Please note that Bunnyfield cannot guarantee that joining the Consumer Directory will mean you get selected for any research event – but we can guarantee it is a step in the right direction!
Bunnyfield reserves the right to cancel your Account and with it any rewards due to you if you do not comply with these Terms of Participation. Bunnyfield will report cases of fraud to the relevant authorities.
